History

GloChem Marketing & Recycling Corporation (GMRC) is a 100% private Filipino-owned company engaged in trading and the provision of professional waste and recycling alternatives. We offer trading and solutions-oriented environmental services mainly to Industrial sectors and Local Government Units (LGUs). In 1994, Florentino and Gloria Tinio, founded Glo General Merchandising (GloGen) in trading and manufacture of personal products and cleaning agents such as bar soaps, detergents, dishwashing liquid, fabric softeners, car shampoo, restroom cleaners, etc. Over the past 22 years, GloGen gained the respect of leading companies and organizations from different industries, particularly related with personal and cleaning products.

Today, renamed as GloChem Marketing & Recycling Corporation, GMRC extends its reach to other business ventures in trucking services and industrial waste management. We offer services that is instrumental in establishing municipal and community-based Materials Recovery Facilities (MRF) and creating opportunities for economic growth, such as transforming household and industrial residual waste into practical products. We also offer industrial waste water management solutions. Driven by its constant commitment for quality products and for clean and healthy environment, GMRC continues to develop the best quality products and environmental solutions to the waste treatment and disposal needs of various industries, providing its clients with security, peace of mind and the beyond 100% assurance of full compliance with environmental laws and standards
